The aid organisation MSF says that hundreds of migrants and refugees - including women and children - are being held in a dangerously overcrowded detention centre in Libya. MSF says that many have been held for more than five months in the port city of Zuwara in western Libya.
The group says that they are kept in inhumane conditions without adequate food or water.
It says that more than 500 people have been detained in the past two weeks alone, far exceeding the centre's capacity.
