Egypt are aiming to stay on course for a seventh Africa Cup of Nations trophy when they take on Cameroon in the quarter-finals on Monday.
Egypt captain Ahmed Hassan will feature despite picking up a groin strain.
The match will be a repeat of the 2008 final and a full-strength Cameroon side want to get even.
"I would say it is a big revenge [match], because we have a lot of things against them," Cameroon midfielder Geremi said.
The Indomitable Lions will have their work cut out against the Pharaohs the only team in the tournament with a 100 % record.
Geremi admitted they have a lot to do to measure up to the six-times champions.
"I cannot say that so far we have shown that we're a great team," he told BBC Sport.
"But we still believe that we can do a lot of things in this tournament.
"In the second game [against Zambia] we were lucky, but I think we will learn from the mistakes and try to correct them in the next game."
Egypt are favourites to go through to the semi-finals, but their captain Ahmed Hassan refuses to underestimate four-times champions Cameroon.
"Our task is not easy, even with the fact that Cameroon recorded only four points in the first round," he said.
"We should respect Cameroon, who have a great history and great players."
Hassan expects to be fit to face the Indomitable Lions despite picking up a groin strain in training on Friday.
"I will be fit to play against Cameroon," insisted Hassan, who will become Egypt's most capped player with 170 caps when he steps out against Cameroon on Monday.
