Arsenal's title hopes lay in tatters after their 2-1 defeat at home to Watford on Tuesday. And their bid to end their 13-year wait for the title could be extinguished if Chelsea beat them at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
Elsewhere, Manchester United's faltering bid for the top four takes them to Leicester, who are nervously looking over their shoulders at a relegation battle.
Predict the outcome of all the weekend's match by voting in our match polls.
CHELSEA: Chelsea vs. Arsenal is always an eagerly anticipated fixture. A lot has happened since the Blues capitulated 3-0 at the Emirates back in September. That result was the catalyst for manager Antonio Conte to mastermind a stratospheric revival at Stamford Bridge, and the Italian will view this game not only as an opportunity to gain revenge for that humbling defeat but also to terminate any faint hopes Arsenal may have of challenging Chelsea for the title.
Prediction: Chelsea 2-0 Arsenal -- Mark Worrall
ARSENAL: Wouldn't it be just typical Arsenal to get some sort of result at Stamford Bridge immediately off the back of Tuesday night's disappointment against Watford? Perhaps. However, Arsene Wenger's team will be up against a side desperate for revenge for September's 3-0 defeat at the Emirates. With a long list of midfield absentees, Arsenal could find themselves overrun by the league's best side.
Prediction: Chelsea 2-1 Arsenal -- James McNicholas
LEICESTER: After the disappointing and disjointed 1-0 loss at Burnley, Leicester need a response. If the Foxes are to move clear of the relegation zone they must kick off February in the right manner. The problem is Manchester United have found some form despite a poor draw with Hull last time out. Leicester haven't scored in 2017 in the Premier League and got thrashed 4-1 in the corresponding fixture. Common sense points toward an easy away victory ... but that appeared to be the case when the blue half of Manchester were in town, too.
Prediction: Leicester 3-3 Manchester United -- Ben Jacobs
MAN UNITED: After failing to take advantage of the teams above them dropping points midweek, Manchester United have to get a result at Leicester. While the champions may be fighting a relegation battle, they're no mugs, having already thrashed Manchester City this season. Jose Mourinho should work on nothing but sticking the ball in the back of the net in training.
Prediction: Leicester 1-2 Manchester United -- Scott Patterson
TOTTENHAM: Like Tottenham's last opponents, Sunderland, Middlesbrough are in the thick of the relegation battle and have not won a Premier League game since Dec. 17. Spurs were frustrated on Wearside on Tuesday night but have the second best home record in the league and will be hell-bent on making up for their midweek slip-up.
Prediction: Tottenham 1-0 Middlesbrough -- Ben Pearce
MIDDLESBROUGH: It's difficult to see Middlesbrough getting anything from White Hart Lane and a resurgent Spurs side. While spirit is good within the team, head coach Aitor Karanka is openly unsatisfied with the club's recent transfer window activity. Goals will be few and far between for Boro between now and the end of the campaign.
Prediction: Tottenham 3-0 Middlesbrough -- Catherine Wilson
MAN CITY: Manchester City are in good form, after impressive displays against West Ham, Crystal Palace and Tottenham. With Gabriel Jesus, Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling exciting the fans, Pep Guardiola's team appear to be regrouping for the final push -- but they face a resurgent Swansea side, who have won their last two, perhaps unexpectedly. It'll be tough.
Prediction: Manchester City 3-1 Swansea -- David Mooney
SWANSEA: Swansea's turnaround under Paul Clement has been eye-opening, with the club taking nine of 12 points since the new man took charge. Beating Liverpool away was an impressive feat, and this squad now believes it can match anyone. Luciano Narsingh will test City's creaking full-backs.
Prediction: Manchester City 2-2 Swansea -- Max Hicks
CRYSTAL PALACE: The win over Bournemouth on Tuesday gave Palace their first league victory since Dec.3. Having found some defensive mettle, the focus will be on collecting another clean sheet. If Palace can do that, they'll give themselves a good chance of winning the game.
Prediction: Crystal Palace 1-0 Sunderland -- Rob Sutherland
SUNDERLAND: Sunderland and David Moyes go into the most important game of the season so far as they take on former manager Sam Allardyce and his Crystal Palace team. Win and they are back in close contact with the relegation group of six, draw and they are hanging on, lose and trips to Brentford and Barnsley are on the agenda for next season. An improved performance against Tottenham gives some hope.
Prediction: Crystal Palace 1-2 Sunderland -- Pete Sixsmith
EVERTON: The winning streak ended away to Stoke on Wednesday, but Everton remain unbeaten in six league games and may feel they have a point to prove against visitors Bournemouth on Saturday. The reverse fixture in September accounted for one of the poorer performances this season as Everton limped to a 1-0 defeat.
Prediction: Everton 1-0 Bournemouth -- Luke O'Farrell
BOURNEMOUTH: Bournemouth are on a bad run of form and their record on the road has been terrible all season. They can take confidence from their 1-0 win over the Toffees earlier in the campaign but repeating that same feat at Goodison Park is a different story. Another defeat for the Cherries is likely.
Prediction: Everton 2-1 Bournemouth -- Will Kent
SOUTHAMPTON: Both teams need to bounce back from midweek defeats. Southampton fans will be hoping Italy striker Manolo Gabbiadini can make an instant impression following his £17 million transfer deadline day move from Napoli.
Prediction: Southampton 1-1 West Ham -- Alex Crook
WEST HAM: West Ham suffered a bit of a mauling at the London Stadium against Southampton earlier this season, but Slaven Bilic's men are a more confident and cohesive side than they were back then and could extract revenge. The Hammers don't have a great record at St. Mary's however, and may be happy with a draw.
Prediction: Southampton 1-1 West Ham -- Peter Thorne
WATFORD: Watford will have new signing Mauro Zarate available for the first time, but after an impressive midweek showing at the Emirates it's unlikely there will be room for him in the starting XI. The Hornets arrested an alarming slump in form against Arsenal and their task against Burnley is simple: to maintain the momentum.
Prediction: Watford 1-0 Burnley -- Mike Parkin
BURNLEY: Despite results indicating otherwise -- they keep losing -- the Clarets have been much better away from home of late and Watford represent a genuine opportunity to pick up at least a draw. Burnley could hand debuts to deadline day signings Ashley Westwood and Robbie Brady, which should give them the boost they need to claim only a second point on the road this season.
Prediction: Watford 1-1 Burnley -- Jamie Smith
WEST BROM: West Brom host Stoke with Tony Pulis looking to continue his undefeated run against his former club, while there is an immediate return to The Hawthorns for Saido Berahino. Craig Dawson has looked impressive at centre-back recently but faces his toughest test yet against the likes of Berahino and Peter Crouch.
Prediction: West Brom 2-2 Stoke -- Matthew Evans
STOKE: Games against Tony Pulis' sides often descend into battles, so the players will need to maintain their focus and discipline if they are to claim a victory over their high-flying hosts. In what promises to be a tight affair, the script is written for Berahino to score a winner against his former club.
Prediction: West Brom 0-1 Stoke -- James Whittaker
Berahino to haunt the Baggies at the Hawthorns? Can Hull build on their 0-0 draw at Old Trafford with a victory at home to Liverpool? And what about Tottenham -- can they bounce back from a disappointing draw at Sunderland with a win at home to Middlesbrough?
