The team is mandated to steer the affairs of the regional amputee football association is led by Mr. Benjamin Anor as chairman with Mr. Bawa Abdullah as Vice Chairman, Mr Adjei Mensah, Secretary, Mr. Fuseini Anyoase, Organizer and Mr. Akakpo Agodji, Communication Manager.

Ashanti Region becomes fifth regional body to be inaugurated by the national body.    

The other regions were; Greater Accra Region, Volta Region, Western Region and Eastern Region.
