The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association will be sitting on Wednesday 17th April,2019 at 2pm to adjudicate a number of Misconduct cases that have come before it.
Clubs and officials who have been charged will have to submit their written Statement of Defence to the charge(s) by close of work, Tuesday, April 16, 2019 on or before 5pm at the GFA Secretariat or through email address to the Disciplinary Committee, dc@ghanafa.org failing which the Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case without your Statement of Defence.
However should a club or official opt for Personal hearing, they can kindly attend the Disciplinary Committee hearing on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 2.00pm at the GFA Secretariat to answer to the charge(s), failure which the Disciplinary Committee shall proceed to adjudicate the case in your absence.

- Berekum Arsenals- Misconduct by the Club’s supporters in their match against Nea Salamina
- Nkoranza Warriors- Misconduct by the Club’s supporters in their match against Unity FC
- Waisu Mohammed Ali (Sporting Mirren) - Misconduct in their match against Kotoku Royals
- Steadfast FC- Misconduct by Clubs supporters in their match against Wa Suntaa FC
- Akosombo Krystal Palace - Misconduct by 7 team officials in their match against Tema Youth
- Ismael Hamidu (Accra Lions- Team Manager) -Assault on referees in their match against Amidaus Professionals
- Edin Prijaca (Accra Lions - Head coach)- Assault on referees in their match against Amidaus Professionals
- Accra Lions - Misconduct by supporters in their match against Amidaus Professionals
- BYF - Misconduct by Clubs supporters in their match against Samartex
- King Faisal - Misconduct by 7 club officials in their match against Achiken FC
- Vivian Hackman (Prisons Ladies- Club Secretary) - Misconduct in their match against Ampem Darkoa
- Prisons Ladies - Misconduct by supporters their match against Ampem Darkoa
- Cynthia Adobea (Prisons Ladies) - Assault on referee their match against Ampem Darkoa
- Prisons Ladies - Supporters harassed and beat up referee their match against Ampem Darkoa
