Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has been speaking ahead of Wednesday's Champions League encounter with Borussia Dortmund.

I asked him if he trusts his players to deliver in the final weeks of the season, when the pressure is at its most intense. Obviously, he does.

"After winning 27 matches out of 29, I would be crazy not to believe in these players," said Guardiola.

"What we have done so far, we deserve to be in this position but I know if we lose tomorrow, we are out. If we lose at Wembley [in the FA Cup semi-final] we are out. If we lose the week after [in the Carabao Cup final] we are out."
