Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently paid an unannounced visit to Jordan and met with King Abdullah II, Israel Radio reported Thursday.
The radio quoted a senior Israeli government official, who gave no further details and spoke on condition of anonymity.
Netanyahu's office declined to comment on the report.
The London-based al-Quds al-Arabi newspaper said the two leaders discussed the situation in Syria.
