Vodafone Ghana has rewarded its customers with of GH¢30,000 and other consolation prizes at the first monthly draw of its ongoing promotion dubbed; "Vodafone PayDay" in Accra.
The winners, Mr Jones Baneseh and Mr David Jones Mensah, were presented with GH¢25,000 and GH¢5,000 respectively for using the network.
The Head of Mass Segment at Vodafone, Mr Louis Manu, at a ceremony in Accra to present the cash, observed that the promotion was to help encourage a new lifestyle in the usage of the network.
“The promotion just requires customers to conduct their normal activity on the network - texting, calling, browsing, SMS, recharging and the like - and they get cash rewards for it.
It rewards only via cash with the Vodafone Cash platform as the catalyst. The ultimate winner will be rewarded with a GH¢200, 000 cash prize at the end of the three-month duration.”
However, he said, customers could win every hour; every day, every week, every month by accumulating points for every activity till the campaign was over.
"Vodafone PayDay kick-starts a host of activities and promotions that we are putting in place throughout the year to reward and show our customers how much we appreciate their loyalty and partnership these past ten years.”
He said the promotion was a new way of life to embrace both its current and prospective customers; leaving no one behind.
“Today, we are saying that whatever you use our network for – whether for talking, text, browsing, transferring money, or buying bundles, you will be rewarded for it.”
