Allianz Life Ghana started its agency operations less than a year ago in April 2018. At the inception of its operations, its sales agents were promised an all-expense paid trip outside of Ghana complete with shopping money, subject to achieving certain set targets.
Being a performance-based organization where reward is part of their DNA, Allianz Life Ghana delivered on its promise, and on January 25th, 2019, 13 top performing sales agents accompanied by 2 of their managers, flew out on this fun-filled holiday.
As part of their 5-day jam-packed schedule, the sales agents were treated to an exciting desert safari and visited the Dubai museum, located in the Al Fahidi Fort, built in 1787, the oldest existing building in Dubai. The group also had lots of fun at IMG Worlds of Adventure, which is the biggest indoor themed entertainment destination over an area in excess of 1.5 million square feet; and also cruised down Dubai creek on a Dhow cruise where they were treated to a sumptuous dinner buffet.
They also went shopping at the Dubai Mall, which is one of the largest malls in the world with over 1,200 shops, and also picked up some bargains at the gold souk which is the traditional market in Dubai’s commercial business district.
In December 2017, Allianz started its life insurance operations in Ghana with an official launch on 24th May, 2018. Allianz Ghana is a subsidiary of Allianz SE, a global financial services provider with services predominantly in the Insurance and Asset Management business. It was established in 1890 and is headquartered in Munich, Germany. Allianz SE has about 88 million retail and corporate clients in over 70 countries worldwide.
