BlowChem Industries Limited, producers of Bel Beverages, has announced a reduction in prices across its beverage product range, citing improved macroeconomic conditions driven by the recent appreciation of the Ghana cedi.
This price reduction takes effect on Sunday, June 1, 2025.
The move comes at a time when government officials have been urging traders and manufacturers to pass on the benefits of a stronger local currency to consumers, a call that BlowChem has responded to.
In a circular to its customers, the company noted that the decision aligns with its commitment to fairness and transparency, emphasising that favourable forex trends have created the room to ease prices.
BlowChem also encouraged distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to reflect these price reductions in their margins, ensuring end consumers enjoy the full benefits of the improved economic outlook.
