Enterprise Group PLC has launched the Enterprise Spotlight Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge, a high-stakes competition aimed at propelling Ghana’s brightest young business minds into the national limelight.
The initiative, in partnership with the Springboard Road Show Foundation, will air nationally on Springboard, Your Virtual University, broadcast on Joy FM 99.7 and Joy News TV, beginning Sunday, May 10, 2026.
A statement issued by Madam Jacqueline Naadu Benyi, Managing Director, Enterprise Life, and copied to the Ghana News Agency on Tuesday said.
“With Enterprise Spotlight, we are putting that belief into practice, investing in entrepreneurs who are building real businesses, creating real jobs, and solving real problems in communities across Ghana,” it quoted Madam Naadu Benyi, Managing Director, Enterprise Life, as saying.
According to the statement, the competition is open to entrepreneurs aged 18 to 40 across Ghana, with women and persons with disabilities encouraged to apply. “Participants will receive direct financial support, mentorship, and national market access.
“The overall winner will receive GH¢ 100,000, the first runner-up GH¢ 80,000, and the second runner-up GH¢ 50,000,” it said.
“Ghana’s entrepreneurs have always been ready. They did not need to be discovered; they needed a door to be opened. Enterprise Spotlight is that door,” Madam Comfort Ocran, Executive Director, Springboard Road Show Foundation, was quoted as saying.
It noted that applications are open until Monday, April 6, 2026, to apply.
It urged applicants to visit www.myenterprisegroup.io or www.springboard.com.gh. “Once you are on the website, you will see a ‘Scan Me’ QR code. Simply scan the code or click on the link provided, and it will take you directly to the application form, where you can complete and submit your application.
