The price of Brent crude fell 8.2% to $82.66 per barrel amid US President Donald Trump’s announcement of talks with Iran on Monday.
As of 22:02 GMT Sunday, the price of October Brent crude futures fell 8.28% from the previous close to $82.66 per barrel, while September WTI futures fell 5.85% to $79.72.
