Many young artistes never get the chance to perform with big names in the industry but young songstress, eShun had the privilege of sharing the same stage with three legends and she is not taking the opportunity she had for granted.
eShun performed at the recently-held African Legends Night organised by Global Media Alliance which had Ghanaian icons, Abrantie Amakye Dede and Daddy Lumba and celebrated Congolese musician, Kanda Bongo Man on the bill.
She performed some of her songs like Simple As ABC, Meye, Fakye, No Way, Afehyia Pa, Forever and Didadi and drew applause from the crowd for her efforts.
She tells Showbiz it was an honour to share the stage with people she looked up to.
“When I got to know that I was on bill with such legends, I knew it was a heavy duty that had been bestowed on me. I rehearsed really well for the big day and I’m happy the audience liked what I did,” she said.
The former X Factor Africa, Project Fame and TV3 Mentor contestant said her quality music has projected her to such privileged platforms that are rare to new acts.
Apart from performing, eShun is busy working on new material. She released her latest single, Someone Loves Me which features Flowking Stone barely a week ago.
Produced by WillisBeatz, the song focuses on the theme of love and how people maltreat their partners in relationships and cautions such “offenders” to be wary of their actions.
eShun’s great voice is brought to bear on Someone Loves Me and Flowking Stone’s rap gives the song the flavour it needs.
The song is currently available on music digital platforms such as iTunes, Spotify, Tidal, Deezer, Amazon and Google Play.
