Either Mozambique's Jennifer or Zimbabwe's Munya must leave the Big
Brother All Stars House this week after being put up for eviction on
Monday (September 13). Having been given a 'break' last week after
having been up for eviction 5 consecutive times, Munya faces eviction
for a 7th time in 9 weeks.
With the Housemates gathered in the lounge on Monday evening, Big
Brother told them that Head of House Uti and Jennifer had received the
most nominations this week. Summoned to the Diary Room to make his "save
& replace" decision, Uti requested some time to make his decision. After
giving it some thought, he decided to save himself and put Munya up for
eviction in his place. He told Big Brother that he was certain he would
save himself, but had some trouble deciding between putting Munya or
Kaone in his place.
Earlier in the day, the Housemates and Barnmates seemed to be having
some difficulty in making their nomination choices. Kaone nominated Uti,
because he could save himself and Meryl because he has nominated her
every week so far. Meryl nominated Munya and Jennifer - the Zimbabwean
because she wanted to see if he would survive after 'resting' this week,
and the Mozambican as a test to see what Uti would do if Jennifer found
herself up against Munya.
Jennifer gave her usual reason - "it's a game - no personal reasons" -
for nominating Uti and newfound friend Meryl. Mwisho nominated Kaone
because he had been up for eviction before, but never "arrived" yet. His
second choice was Munya, his reason being that he had nominated the
Zimbabwean before, so it was easier to put someone up that he had
selected before. When he was Head of House two weeks ago, Mwisho
switched himself and put Munya up for eviction.
Munya took a while to decide who he would be nominating, but eventually
settled on Mwisho
<http://bigbrotherafrica.dstv.com/Profile/1001/Mwisho.html> , whom he
considers "tight competition". He then swiftly moved onto Jennifer, as
she had not been nominated before.
Uti nominated Jennifer right away, reasoning that she had never been up
for eviction before. He took a while to make his second choice,
admitting that after a game of "eeny-meeny-miny-mo", he settled on
Munya's name.
In the Barn, Paloma had revenge on her mind. She nominated Meryl
"because she replaced me [on Sunday]" and Uti as Head of House. Sheila
nominated Jennifer because "she is playing a dirty game, she is even
backstabbing her closest friends" and then picked Kaone, because he was
starting to irritate her and some of the Housemates. Code, contentedly
munching on an apple, chose Meryl and Uti between bites. He chose Meryl
because he thought she was causing "a bit of a wrangle" between the guys
in the House and Uti because he could save himself.
Tatiana nominated Uti, because she had nobody else to nominate. After a
while, she then chose Mwisho, saying "for now, he is my choice". She
said she would not nominate Munya or Kaone because she was close to them
when she was in the House. She mentioned that she did not trust
Jennifer, but it was "whatever" in her eyes.
Lerato nominated Kaone "because he seems to be quite an irritant in the
house" and Jennifer "because she seems to be very comfortable and
super-cocky that she's still in the House and she's one of the last
females there, so I'd like to really rattle her cage and if that means
she ends up in the Barn, then so be it". Hannington nominated Munya and
Uti - the former because he had never nominated him before and the
latter because he could save himself.
Big Brother All Stars is broadcast live 24/7 for the next 34 days on
