Mr George Andah, the Deputy Minister of Communications, has advised students to lead in the awareness creation on cybercrimes, to save innocent citizens from being defrauded through the usage of the internet.
He said as students, they should be information ambassadors among the citizenry, especially for young people to be made alert of internet fraudsters and by this way they would be providing cyber security.
Mr Andah who is also the Member of Parliament (MP) for Awutu-Senya West, gave the advice at a National Cyber Security Awareness Forum organised by the Ministry of Communications for Students of Awutu-Obrachere Senior Technical High School.

Mr Stephen Kwame Quaye, the District Chief Executive, admonished the students, especially the females to avoid using the internet to pose offensive pornographic materials, which often brought shame to them.
