A four-day workshop for 12 members of Ghana Scout Association (GSA) throughout the country has ended in Accra.
The Ghana Scout Association, in collaboration with Danish Scout Group, organized the program under the theme "How to market Ghana Scout Association at the world level".
It would also enable participants to prepare a five-year comprehensive strategic plan that would facilitate growth and development of the association by 2013.
Mr. Isaac Newton Addy, Chief Commissioner of the Ghana Scout Association, thanked the Danish Scout Group for their contribution toward the success of the programme.
He urged the participants to put to use what they had been taught and come out with a comprehensive plan that would facilitate activates of the association at both local and external levels.
Mr. Addy expressed the hope that existing cordial relationship between the two groups would be strengthened for their common good.
Mr. Steen Petersen, Denmark Scout International, Commissioner and Mr. Morten Nielson, Denmark Scout Committee Member, are the facilitators and took participants through topics including unity and resolving conflicts in the association.
