The Member of Parliament (MP) for Amasaman, Mr. Emmanuel Nii Laryea-Okai, has given an upbeat assessment of his chances in the coming polls. He told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) that he had kept faith with the people and had no doubt in his mind that they would vote massively to return him to parliament for the good job done.Through his share of the MPs’ Common Fund, a market and washrooms are being built at Media.
Added to these, are education infrastructure at Mayera, Artikorpe, Kutunse, Achiaman and Odumase alongside the donation of an ambulance to the Amasaman Hospital. Mr. Laryea-Okai also spoke of support package for brilliant students from poor homes to pursue academic careers at the tertiary institutions.
He again cited the repair of a 10-kilometre road, serving a number of communities including Dobro, Gonno, Kwadjo Ashong, Odumtia and Samapaman. The MP said he was determined to do everything to bring development to the constituency, to transform the living conditions of the people.
