Government on Wednesday denied an erroneous publication that named Mr Henry Martey Newman, former Chief of Staff as Chairman of the Council of State.
On the contrary, Madam Cecilia Johnson has been elected as Chair of the Council, whilst Mr Newman has also been appointed as a member of the body, a statement issued in Accra by Mr Mahama Ayariga, Minister of Information and Media Relations and copied to the Ghana News Agency said
