Two Palestinian workers were wounded on Sunday after Israeli soldiers opened fire at them near the southern West Bank city of Hebron, medical and security Palestinian sources said.
The two workers were shot by the Israeli soldiers' gunfire as they were going to work at the town of al-Dhahereya near the city of Hebron.
The sources said that the two workers were hit while they were closed to the separation wall that Israel has been building on the West Bank territories since 2003. The two workers were moderately injured and were taken to the hospital.
Three Palestinians had been killed in separate shooting incidents in the West Bank since the beginning of this month. The Israeli army said that two of them had tried to attack its forces.
