Amma Benneh Amponsah, the Human Resource Executive (MTN) said the concept behind the Fun Games was to motivate its staff and to create unity among staff. She said their families and customers are the biggest partners so MTN decided set up special days to celebrate and inspire them to give off their best.

“MTN believes in wellness and fitness of its staff, families and customers and it is important that they have to come out of the offices to exercise and socialise.” According to her, the Family Fun Day was also to reward some staff members, who had been outstanding in their work.
