Otumfuo Osei Tutu II stressed the need to maintain the standard of work ethics required in achieving the President’s vision about sports, and specifically mentioned Prof. Peter Twumasi for embarking on laudable initiatives.
“So, as the work has been given to you, that’s what Ghana is demanding from you, that’s what the President is requiring from you people.
“You and your assistants will do it, Prof. Twumasi has started, I have seen that he is embarking on certain programmes, he is going here and there and speaking, in all if you support the vision with your knowledge, then you will do it right”. Otumfuo stated.
The NSA Boss later inspected the Baba Yara Sports with Hon. Mustapha Ussif where the Sports Minister told the media that the facility was ready to host football games after it was closed down since February 2020 for some important renovation works.
