TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Execute HR Consulting projects (Public Training, Executive Search and Organizational Development) to existing and new clients along with required project reports
Canvass for sponsorship and participants for scheduled training programs from corporate institutions and manage existing training sponsors or clients as well as resource persons
Facilitate and coordinate trainings on interventions developed or executed
Generate new businesses (Organizational
Development (OD) and Executive Search services through active business development
• Follow up and recover debts for all executed HR
Consulting projects
Engage and retain clients through effective client relationship management
Assist in the management of the HR Consultancy job portal
Identify opportunities for growth and continual improvement through research and the development and implementation of innovative strategies
EXPERIENCE & QUALIfiCATIONS
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant past experience and success in a similar role
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Science or Business Administration
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Effective relationship building and leadership skills
The ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas and formulate strategies.
Good commercial and financial awareness
Good understanding in modern talent acquisition processes and delivery mechanisms
Social Media Knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Result-oriented, be able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadline
