Description
Our Client, a leading manufacturing company is seeking for a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Manager to play a critical role in the success of their company. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business within a designated region, with a focus on maximizing revenue, app usage, operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with both customers and manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales managers and operational staff, fostering a highly motivational work environment and achieving sales targets.
- Take ownership of the region's financial performance, developing and executing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the category management team to curate a product assortment that caters to diverse customer needs and preferences.
- Oversee logistics and supply chain functions to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment, optimizing delivery processes, and minimizing lead times.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the retail network within the region, increasing brand presence and market share.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners to drive engagement, loyalty, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Partner with the trade marketing and customer service teams to develop strategies for customer retention and growth, analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster strong partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers, advocating for programs and initiatives that drive mutual growth.
- Monitor and manage costs across various aspects of operations, implementing measures to optimize cost efficiency without sacrificing service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure and evaluate business performance, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track key metrics.
- Provide valuable business insights to senior management through data analysis and market trends, collaborating on the development of regional growth strategies.
