In response, the African Development Bank (AfDB) has launched "Mission 300", an ambitious initiative to develop 300 bankable energy projects across the continent.

This high-level discussion, taking centre stage at Africa Energy Indaba 2026, will bring together leaders, investors, innovators, and policymakers to accelerate universal energy access and shape an inclusive energy future for Africa.
