Ahead of Ghana’s international friendly game against South Korea on Tuesday, November 18 at 10:00 GMT, Black Stars head coach Otto Addo has talked about the injury difficulties the team is grappling with.
Ghana lost 2-0 to Japan in an earlier friendly tie and after seeing as many as six players miss out on call-ups due to injury, the Black Stars will have more players miss the South Korea game because of varied ailments.
Francis Abu suffered a gruesome compound leg fracture against Japan and is set to miss the World Cup while Antoine Semenyo and Mohammed Salisu left camp before the team moved from Japan to South Korea.
“We are facing some difficulties through some injured players. It’s not so easy to get replacements because of visa problems and issues….but we’ve prepared very well.”
