Mighty Eagle's College, is a pre-tertiary Educational Institution offering nationally acclaimed programmes of study to prepare post-secondary graduates and others who seek qualifications to enter the university or a tertiary institution or for employment. It was established in July, 2007, and registered the Institute in 2008 as a limited liability company under the Ghana Companies Code, ACT 1963 (ACT 179) with Certificate of Incorporation Number CA-52,638 and has duly obtained license from the Ghana Education Service to operate as an educational Institute.

Mighty Eagle's College has trained and graduated over 18,547 students in ABCE, GBCE & WASSCE NOV/DEC programmes with over 75% of these graduates qualifying with passes that enabled them enroll in university programmes or other tertiary institutions and being employable also.
