Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping * Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles * Good skills in Excel or accounting software ODOO * Detail-oriented and reliable * Strong communication skills and good with vendor follow-ups * Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks * High level of integrity and confidentiality

* Record daily transactions for sales, purchases, and expenses

* Prepare regular bank reconciliations

* Follow up with vendors on invoices, statements, and payments

* Assist with monthly salary preparation

* Reconcile supplier accounts and process payments

* Manage petty cash with proper documentation

* Support monthly closing and basic financial reports

* Keep accounting files organized and easy to access

* Stock taking and control for goods

* Assist with monthly financial preparation and Budget planning

* Assist with tax filings and statutory contributions when needed
