Communication and Customer Service: Interacting with clients regarding billing and payment issues, and responding to inquiries. Analysis and Problem Solving: Identifying discrepancies, investigating financial irregularities, and recommending solutions. Auditing: Assisting with internal and external audits, preparing audit documentation, and implementing corrective actions. Budgeting and Forecasting: May be involved in developing and monitoring budgets, as well as preparing financial forecasts.
