• Plan maintenance operation, assess the duration of the intervention and supervise the conformity of the interventions and the operation of equipment, materials and installations (acceptance, tests, tests, adjustments, etc.)


• Excellent mastery of industrial processes and new technologies in this field.


• Mastery of techniques for developing maintenance procedures.


• Good knowledge in the technique of setting up a provisional maintenance schedule


• Understand and interpret engineering plans (general construction, mechanical and electrical).


• Managerial skills to manage a team.


• Knowledge of safety procedures for interventions and systems.


• Knowledge of CMMS.


• Be the guarantor to the general management of the performance of the production tool in compliance with HSE standards.


• Take charge of the maintenance of industrial equipment on the site.


• React quickly and efficiently to resolve any possible hardware failure.


• Set up a corrective and preventive maintenance schedule


• Prepare and submit calls for tenders for improvement works or for new projects and participate in the selection of service providers.
