Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in data entry, cocoa sustainability, farm management, or community extension services.
Digital Literacy: High proficiency in using mobile applications, laptops, and digital data collection tools.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external community stakeholders.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Twi is required.
Personal Attributes: A strong commitment to farmer welfare, the ability to work under seasonal pressure, and a proactive approach to continuous learning.
Preferred Assets:
Familiarity with farm-level mapping or GIS technology.
Previous experience in compliance monitoring roles.

Description
Insight HR Solutions is looking for detail-oriented EUDR Data Officers to lead the implementation of Sustainability and Compliance Standards, focusing on European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) Traceability and Digital Data Management within the cocoa supply chain. This role serves as a critical link between field operations and global compliance. Twill work directly at district depots to ensure every bag of cocoa is digitally accounted for and ethically sourced.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Execute precise entry of traceability data and manage digital data collection at the depot level, ensuring all records are shared promptly with the central data team.
- Compliance Oversight: Support the implementation of EUDR protocols and traceability activities within district warehouses to meet international export standards.
- Integrity & Auditing: Act as a key monitor for the sustainability team, reporting any instances of non-compliance regarding deforestation policies or sourcing protocols.
- Operational Support: Partner with District Officers (DOs) to establish standard operating procedures at depots to maintain strict crop segregation.
- Reporting: Monitor and provide regular sourcing updates from the depots to management to ensure sourcing targets are met.
