• Develop and align the company's strategy with market trends, competition, and internal strengths.


• Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market position.


• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and alliances in both local (Ghana) and international markets to drive sustainable revenue growth and expand the company's market presence


• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support business success, improve the company's reputation, and create opportunities aligned with company goals


• Lead the design and execution of reinsurance programs that provide clients with optimal, comprehensive coverage solutions tailored to their unique risk profiles.
