Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in clinical practice and healthcare management. Proven experience in medical claims review, clinical advisory roles, or health insurance/TPA operations. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication skills, and solid knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance systems.
