A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably in a consultancy environment Strong knowledge of standard QS practices, cost estimation, and contract administration Proficiency in QS software/tools (e.g., Cost, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Effective communication and client management abilities A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field Professional membership (e.g., RICS, Ghis) is a plus.

Accurately take off quantities from drawings and specifications Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and cost estimates. Support in tendering and procurement processes Conduct cost control and valuation of works on site Consult with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution! Prepare and review interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
