◻ HND / Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electro/Mechanical Technology or related field from a certified Institution ◻ HND holder if can offset with appropriate level of experience ◻ Certification in Electrical Technician field from an accredited institution. ◻ 3 -5 years’ experience in working in Real Estate or Construction industry with a reputable firm ◻ Hands on experience in handling alarm system is highly desired ◻ Ability to meet physical demands of the job. ◻ Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of customers and the business ◻ Must have a strong work ethics and be self-motivating. ◻ Able to Work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Ensure all electrical related areas are tested and certified to top professional and legal standards in all projects


• Follow all electrical designs and Bill of Quantities


• Ensure all electrical alarm systems work to perfection


• Oversee and guide the maintenance team on electrical works


• Follow up on all electrical works or variations and obtain relevant approval in terms of cost and time


• Ensure all site resources ( Labour, machinery, material, sub-contractors, etc) relating to electrical functions are correctly managed to meet timelines and quality criteria


• Perform preventive maintenance on all instruments and control systems making sure of the accurate and appropriate completion of all preventive electrical technician duties


• Prepare periodic or monthly reports to management


• Ensure that downtime generally, especially arising from electronic or electrical systems, is kept to the minimum.


• Organize all electrical troubleshoot faults, testing and commissioning results ( Volts, Amp, Controls, Insulation, Polarity, Earthing & Megger)


• Ensure signing off all the required Safe Working Systems before beginning specific operation  or  task
