An accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BEng, MEng, or MSc) in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services. Additional professional certification or membership with a recognised professional body (e.g., Institution of Civil Engineers or equivalent) is required or highly desirable. Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience working on active construction sites as a Site Engineer or in a similar engineering role. Demonstrated experience liaising with clients, consultants, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Strong computer literacy with working knowledge of construction-related software, reporting tools, and documentation systems. Proven experience ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability regulations on construction sites.

Strong ability to manage and coordinate construction site activities to ensure quality, cost control, safety, and timely delivery of projects.
Proven competence in interpreting, reviewing, and implementing technical designs, drawings, and specifications accurately on site.
Capacity to conduct site surveys, setting-out, measurements, and inspections in line with approved engineering standards.
Sound technical knowledge to provide engineering advice, troubleshoot issues, and solve construction-related problems on site.
Ability to supervise contract staff, subcontractors, and collaborate effectively with Site Supervisors, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers.
Proficiency in preparing detailed site documentation, including daily logs, technical reports, progress updates, and weekly/monthly management reports.
