* Drive property sales through both digital and offline channels, including international markets.
* Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
* Oversee marketing campaigns, property promotions, and brand visibility efforts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and strategic partners.
* Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to inform sales strategy.
