• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Security Related field or Corporate Security. • Prior professional security training or certifications will be an advantage. • Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant work experience in a similar security role. • Preferably retired security service personnel. • Experience managing security operations within an FMCG or manufacturing environment is an added advantage. • Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. • Proven expertise in security risk assessment, investigations, and incident management. • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with state security agencies, external partners, and Nestlé management. • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with high energy and commitment. • Sound judgment, strong decision-making ability, and pragmatic problem-solving skills. • Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Ability to prepare accurate security reports, risk assessments, and presentations.

JOB SUMMARY

The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the effective protection of Nestlé staff, assets, operations, and reputation across the Factory, CDC, and LMI sites. The role supports the implementation of Nestlé Group Security (NGS) strategies by managing security operations, coordinating external security service providers, conducting risk assessments, supporting investigations, and contributing to business continuity, safety, and sustainable business growth in line with Nestlé policies and standards.

 

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implement, maintain, and promote approved Standard Security Routines in compliance with Nestlé Group Security and Compliance Policies and technical standards.


• Support security-related change management processes within factory operations.


• Track, coordinate, and ensure timely mobilization and deployment of security resources to adequately support all factory, CDC, and LMI functions.


• Ensure that the Security Department strategy aligns with Nestlé Group Security (NGS) objectives and organizational requirements.


• Monitor and ensure quality service delivery by external security contractors in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at the Factory, CDC, and LMI.


• Train, guide, and supervise security guards deployed across all sites.


• As a member of the Nestlé in Market Security Leadership Team, provide security intelligence and insights to support continuous and sustained business growth.


• Conduct bi-annual site security and risk assessments using Archer or other approved Nestlé tools.


• Prepare and submit Quarterly Security Forecasts and Monthly Incident Reports to the NiM Security Manager.


• Monitor security trends and emerging risks to proactively recommend mitigation measures.


• Communicate security policies, compliance requirements, and security alerts to all staff and contractors.


• Conduct security induction programs for all new hires and newly assigned expatriates.


• Maintain a coordinated security training and continuous awareness program for Nestlé staff and third-party contract
