Minimum of HND in Marketing, Project Management, Brand Management, or related courses. At least four (4) years of working experience, preferably in a creative marketing and animation agency. A strong understanding of creative processes and marketing fundamentals like digital content, campaigns, and branding. Knowledgeable in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Notion, and presentation tools like Google Slides and PowerPoint. Great interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Must have a passion for creativity, branding, and innovation. Previous working experience with a marketing agency, animation studio, media or digital content creation team will be an added advantage.

Actively seek and pursue new business leads and prospective clients.

Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver work that meets client expectations and aligns with the agency’s creative standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and understanding their business goals.

Manage multiple accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.

Monitor campaign performance and coordinate reporting and insights.

Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
