Job Summary
The Junior Influencer Manager supports the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for clients.
This role involves identifying suitable influencers, coordinating collaborations, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
The successful candidate will contribute to building strong influencer relationships and delivering campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities
. Influencer Identification & Onboarding
• Research and identify influencers aligned with campaign objectives
• Evaluate influencer profiles based on audience, engagement, and brand fit
• Assist in onboarding influencers for campaigns
• Maintain an updated influencer database
2. Campaign Coordination & Execution
• Support the execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish
• Coordinate communication between influencers and internal teams
• Ensure timely delivery of influencer content
• Assist in scheduling and managing campaign timelines
3. Relationship Management
• Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers
• Support communication and engagement with influencer partners
• Ensure a smooth and professional collaboration experience
• Address basic influencer inquiries and concerns
4. Content Monitoring & Compliance
• Review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
• Ensure all deliverables meet campaign requirements
• Track posting schedules and ensure compliance with timelines
• Flag any issues or inconsistencies for escalation
5. Campaign Performance Tracking
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions)
• Collect and organize campaign data
• Assist in preparing performance reports
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
• Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams
• Support account management teams in client deliverables
• Align influencer activities with overall campaign objectives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
7. Administrative Support
• Assist with contracts, documentation, and approvals
• Track budgets and influencer payments (in collaboration with finance)
• Maintain records of influencer engagements and deliverables
• Support general coordination of influencer activities
