Description
- Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about products and services
- Opening customer accounts by recording and entering KYC information
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Maintaining a customer complaints ledger and submiting same to relavant persons
- Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
- Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Completing any related duties assigned by management.
