1. Regulate access of the public into the office.


2. Respond to enquiries from walk-in customers.


3. Ensure the branch has enough resource.i.e. stationeries to support its operations.


4. Monitor to ensure that pickups are done on time.


5.  Generate waybill for retail customers.


6. Reconcile all retail transactions and provide report on all outstanding retail transaction.


7. Ensure all customer funds are collected and remitted immediately after deliveries by collaborating with the account officer.
