We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to assist clients through telephone, live chat, and email. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and a strong customer focus.
We prefer applicants who reside in Adabraka or the surrounding areas. In this role, you will assist customers worldwide with their inquiries via telephone, live chat, and email.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via Telephone, Live Chat and Emails
- Escalate issues to the team/ supervisor as appropriate
- Provide customers with support on their online applications
- Take ownership of customer enquiries or complaints with the aim of providing a resolution at the first point of contact
- Troubleshoot problems and provide technical assistance in response to customer enquiries
- Handle several concurrent chats with our customers at any given time
- Work quickly by maintaining an average of 15 to 20 seconds of customer response time
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your team leader or supervisor
Required Skills:
You will need to have the following skills and competencies:
- Be detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a demanding environment
- Superior written and oral communication skills are essential
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good IT skills
- Good time management skills
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own to deliver objectives
- Must instil and reinforce strong customer service and business-oriented ethics

Working Days/ Hours:
Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour workday. Working hours may vary according to our client's time zone.
