Education: A Masters or bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, pharmaceutical Sciences, chemistry or a related field; significant experience may substitute for formal education. Experience: Proven experience in production or supervisory roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or Household manufacturing industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency with production machinery, software for production management, and understanding of manufacturing processes. Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and communicate effectively. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and make decisions under pressure.

Description

A Production Head oversees daily manufacturing operations,manges production staff, ensures quality standards, and optimizes workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

A Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the production process and ensuring smooth operations on the manufacturing floor. Core duties include

Supervising Production teams: Lead, train and mentor production staff, set performance standards, and conduct evaluations to maintain high productivity and morale

Monitoring Production Processes; Ensure machines and equipment operate efficiently, production schedules are met and products meet quality standards.

Quality Control and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, adhere to health regulations and maintain and enforce safety protocols, and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards

Rsource and Workflow Management: Plan and allocate resources, monitor schedules, track output and optimize workflow to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Collaborations and Reporting: Coordinate with other departments, communicate production status to management, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Roblem Solving: Identify bottlenecks, resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiative
