A well-established School at Airport Residential Area seeks to recruit a Nursery Manager.for their Early Years Department

Requirements:
- Qualified Early Years teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in an International Early Years setting.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and its implementation across the Early Years classes. British, EYFS, Montessori or International Curriculum experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality education and care.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing or leading an Early Years department.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Early Years team, providing guidance, support, and coaching for excellent teaching and learning practices.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), demonstrating a strong understanding of its principles and implementation.
- Ensure teaching practices are in line with current EYFS guidelines and requirements.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment promoting the well-being and development of all children.
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring excellent progress for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates and involving them in their child's education.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to teaching and learning.
- Stay updated with best practices in Early Years education through training and conferences.
