JOB DESCRIPTION FOR STATION REPORTING OFFICERS

(A) OPERATIONS

1. Discharge all products consigned to station of work


2. Ensure that the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are observed at all times.


3. Acknowledge receipt of all products consigned to the station by indicating clearly name of recipient and stamp of the station


4. Conduct a daily inspection of all equipment installed at the station and flag out for the attention of responsible TM/Head Office any deviations


5. Ensure that all documents relating to the station are properly filed at all times

(B) FINANCE

          a. Submit report on sales recorded at the station on daily basis

      b. Ensure all sales are banked as expected

      c. Send bank deposit slips to Head on daily basis

      d. Keep proper records of stocks and sales activities at all times

(C) MARKETING & CRM

1. Interact with patrons and other stake-holders of the station


2. Address customer complaints and concerns and escalate issues needing higher level intervention to Territory Manager/Head Office


3. Any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time-to-time
