HND/Technical Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or relevant trade certification. Minimum 3–7 years’ practical experience in building/civil construction. Proven experience in supervising labour and artisans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate the activities of artisans, labourers, and subcontractors. Ensure work is executed according to drawings, standards, and supervisor instructions. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and orderly workflow on site. Monitor use of materials and prevent wastage. Report daily progress, challenges, and resource needs to the Site Engineer/Project Manager. Enforce site safety rules and ensure workers comply with PPE requirements. Check the quality of executed works and highlight defects. Ensure the site is clean, organized, and secure at all times. Assist in preparing daily and weekly site progress reports. Ensure tools and equipment are properly handled and maintained. Coordinate deliveries and supervise unloading of materials. Resolve minor site issues and escalate technical matters to the Site Engineer
