Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and power distribution systems. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards. Ability to analyze system performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software. Professional certifications in renewable energy or project management are an advantage.
