Supervise maintenance projects and ensure execution in line with client specifications and industry standards.

Manage day-to-day operations of managed services projects, ensuring compliance with OHS, quality, and client requirements.

Plan, monitor, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely closure.

Ensure emergency incidents are resolved within SLA timelines and equipment performance meets KPIs.

Coordinate with clients on SLA performance, penalties, and improvement plans.

Conduct regular site inspections and evaluate field staff performance and quality of work.

Manage project resources, including manpower, tools, equipment, transport, and spare parts.

Monitor budgets and operational costs, ensuring activities remain within approved limits.

Prepare and submit timely operational and client reports and follow up on payments.

Coach, develop, and support O&M supervisors and teams to enhance performance and service delivery.
