Reports to: Senior Executive Officer
Job Overview: This role is responsible for first line account management (i.e. day to day client care,
support and service maintenance) of company and assisting Head of department in developing and
maintaining efficient systems to deal with deal with clients queries and support.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
∙Providing efficient and professional first line account management to company clients.
∙Deal with client and partner queries promptly and professionally (telephone, email, letter or
other), answer these where you can and referring where appropriate.
∙Logging feedback, problems, resolutions etc.
∙Keeping up regular contact with clients and look for opportunities to delivering added value to
client’s relationship.
∙Spotting opportunities for new business in the course of day to day account management.
∙Attending external meeting with clients.
∙Assist where necessary in the provision of company services to clients consistently and
professionally, by generating reports from client research.
∙Help with lead generation either in client’s sales and service team or in collaboration with the
Business development department.
∙Provide other support to members of the sales and clients service team as agreed with supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience.
∙A degree in Business Administration, marketing or a related field.
∙Proven experience as a Clients Relations Officer (minimum of 3 years)
∙Background in customer service: industry knowledge is a plus
∙Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
