Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from eggs, manure, livestock, and agro-tourism.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including local and export markets, value-added products, and partnerships.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, pricing models, and competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead the creation and execution of the farm’s marketing strategy, including branding, promotions, and digital presence (website, social media, e-commerce).
Manage customer relationships, develop a customer database, and implement a feedback mechanism to improve customer service.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to increase brand visibility and grow the customer base.
Monitor sales performance, prepare budgets and sales targets, and generate regular reports for Farm Owners.
Coordinate with the Production Manager to align sales forecasts with production planning and inventory levels.
Oversee logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
Support compliance, financial reporting, and administrative oversight related to sales, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
